Manantial Neighbourhood Services Inc. has partnered with Canadian Women’s Foundation and the Government of Canada, to offer a unique Hispanic female youths’ online program.

Through the ‘Empowering Girls and Young Ladies’ online program we are offering services to Hispanic female youths to educate and help break barriers of gender-based violence.  Our objective is to assist in improving mental and physical wellness.

 

The ‘Empowering Girls and Young Ladies’ program includes: Counselling, One-on-One Talk therapy sessions, Emotional Support, and a Weekly Virtual support group to aid and empower Hispanic Girls and Young Women in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our objective will be to address gender-based violence; build resilience and self-esteem; gender equality awareness; leadership and life development skills; and provide safety and security. By working together, we will aim to improve their quality of life and provide more opportunities for young women.
