Manantial Neighbourhood Services Inc. offers many free programs and services for newcomers to Canada of all ages living in the Cities of Toronto or Vaughan.  We are committed to providing culturally sensitive counselling, language-accessible health care, and community and settlement services, including seniors-focused programming, with a particular emphasis on Spanish-speaking individuals and families.
